FOR THE MAJORITY OF US, happiness is not something that just comes naturally. And as someone with hormonal depression, it’s a skill I’ve been working at mastering my entire life.
AND for those like me who’s brains seem to want to choose otherwise (and who’s brains AND bodies have good reason to fight against it), taking the time to LEARN HAPPINESS is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.
Just think about it! If it feels like your brain keeps pulling you towards anxiety, exhaustion, constant worry, lack of desire, self loathing, or even depression and hopelessness, isn’t it time to do something about it? Is learning to live BETTER in every aspect really a luxury? Doesn’t seem worthy of a response, but the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT! The skill of learned happiness is TRULY NECESSARY IF YOU WANT TO LIVE A FULL LIFE. And really, who doesn’t want to live a full, RADIANT LIFE?!!

While my coaching & instruction applies to ALL people who have a desire to learn the skill of BEING A HAPPY PERSON, even when the brain seems to want to choose otherwise, my personal story is in a lifetime quest to master the skill of learned happiness despite my own chronic hormonal condition (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder or PMDD, also known as reproductive or hormonal depression).
